Definitions

The Player: Refers to any individual who uses the casino’s software, games, and/or promotions.
The Casino: Refers to Cocoa Casino, its software, games, content, and all services provided through Cocoa Casino and associated URLs.
Service: Refers to the support, offers, and customer assistance provided by Cocoa Casino.
Credits: Represent the player's balance in the casino. 1 Credit equals 1€ / 1£ / 1$ / 1AUD / 10ZAR (approximate).
We/Our/Us: Refers to the operators of Cocoa Casino and any of its affiliated companies.
Player(s): Refers to any registered player, guest player, dormant player, or closed account player.
Real Player: A player who uses their personal funds to make wagers at the casino.
Wagering Requirement: The number of times a deposit or bonus must be wagered before it can be withdrawn, also known as the rollover requirement.

Account Information: You guarantee the accuracy and authenticity of the information you provide when registering at Cocoa Casino. If any information is found to be false, your account may be suspended, and all related transactions will be frozen until the casino is able to verify your information.
Account Suspension and Refusal: Cocoa Casino reserves the right to refuse any account application or suspend a player's access to their account at any time without prior notice or explanation.

Voluntary Participation: By participating in the casino, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily, and you accept the risk of losing money. Cocoa Casino will not be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your participation.
Deposit Requirements: Deposits must be wagered at least once before any withdrawal request can be made. If a deposit is not wagered at least once, the casino reserves the right to charge the player a processing fee.
Automatic Decision-Making Devices: The use of electronic, mechanical, robotic, or other devices to make automatic decisions during gameplay is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule can result in the confiscation of winnings, banning from promotions, and exclusion from future gameplay.

Non-Withdrawable Bonuses: All bonuses provided by Cocoa Casino, including free bonuses and deposit bonuses, are not withdrawable and will be deducted from any winnings upon withdrawal.

Free Bonuses: Free bonuses have specific terms attached, including a fixed withdrawal limit of 50 Credits (or equivalent in other currencies). Collusion and Cheating: Cocoa Casino will not tolerate any form of cheating, including collusion, fraud, or the use of automated tools (e.g., bots) to manipulate the casino’s software. Any such actions will lead to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
Account Duplication: Players are prohibited from holding multiple accounts at Cocoa Casino. Any attempt to open additional accounts using different names or information will result in account closure and loss of any funds.
Chargebacks and Fraudulent Payments: Any chargeback attempts or fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate account closure and may involve reporting to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal Limits: The casino has specific withdrawal limits, which vary depending on the player’s account verification status. Verified accounts are permitted to withdraw up to 1,000€ / 1,000$ / 1,000£ per week, while unverified accounts are limited to 500€ / 500$ / 500£ per week.
Processing Times: Withdrawals may take up to 12 working days to process. In certain cases, the casino reserves the right to delay withdrawals during periods of high traffic or technical issues.
Verification Documents: To approve a withdrawal, you may be required to submit identity verification documents. Failure to comply within 30 days will result in the cancellation of your withdrawal request.

Eligibility: The refer-a-friend program is open to all players who meet the terms set by Cocoa Casino. Both the referring and referred parties must provide accurate information for the referral to be valid.
Referred Player’s Actions: To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred player must make a minimum deposit of 25$ / 25€ / 25£ and sign up for a real-money account.

Software Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction or glitch, any bets placed may be voided. The casino is not liable for losses caused by such issues.
